The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA), mission is to unite, inspire, recruit, and develop a more diverse workforce by supporting women through education, resources, and opportunities.  They are living up to this mission with their latest project – Drab to Fab!  Through this RV remodel project, RVWA has partnered with RV Technical Institute to modify a 2007 Crossroads Zinger into the ultimate work-from-the-road RV.

Female volunteers will be responsible for the build that will begin on weekends in September 2020.  The completed RV will be unveiled in early 2021 and featured at the RVWA – Girl Camper Jamboree in March 2021.  After which, the RV will be raffled off to raise funds which will be used to foster the next generation of RV-industry leaders and innovators.
