This year marks Coach-Net’s 35th anniversary. What better way to celebrate than with a new office space that we can truly call our own. Now located in Grapevine, TX, known as the Christmas Capital of Texas and also home to Lake Grapevine – an 8,000-acre recreational lake with more than 19 miles of wilderness trails and family-friendly campgrounds, anyone who steps foot in our office is immediately immersed in the RV lifestyle and we are excited for you to see it. Are you ready? Let the tour begin…
Lobby and Reception Areas
The main lobby welcomes visitors with our giant Coach-Net sign perched on a floor-to-ceiling natural and earthy textural stone wall providing a warm and cozy feel.
Making your way through the lobby to the reception area, visitors immediately understand Coach-Net’s priorities and personality. This impression paves the way for engaging and interesting conversations.
Call Center Floor
We’re proud of what we do and we’re proud to work in such a fun industry. While most roadside assistance companies will outsource or subcontract to various call centers, at Coach-Net we take pride in our services; consequently, we insist on always doing our own work and keeping everything under one roof. Everyone at Coach-Net offices in the same open floor, allowing us to seamlessly serve our partners and our members. Having our agents, technicians, operations specialists, learning & development team, marketing, member services, and sales team all work in the same open space is also an ever-present reminder that each person within Coach-Net is integral to the system.
Our main call center wall prominently displays our mission statement and core values as a testament to any visitors and as a constant reminder to our team.
At Coach-Net we are fully engaged with our Members and often receive photos of their adventures. We enjoy celebrating their travels with them and displaying those memories in our office. This display also serves as a reminder of why we do what we do and why we always strive to provide a true carefree RVing experience.
Circling the call center floor, you will find several different conference rooms and meeting spaces for team huddles, discussions, and engagement. All of these rooms are affectionately named after various National Parks – Yellowstone, Zion, and Arches – and are equipped with the technology needed to embrace both in-person and virtual collaboration.
Dispatch Agent Training
One of the most important things we do at Coach-Net is to ensure that all of our dispatch agents have the best training possible so that they are equipped to deliver the first-class care Coach-Net Members deserve. Our new training room is the perfect space to instruct, guide and develop the knowledge and skills necessary for our agents to be truly successful.
RV Technician Training
One of the things that makes Coach-Net different from other roadside providers is that we have our very own in-house RV-certified technicians. These technicians go through months to years of training and take multiple certification exams so they can diagnose and troubleshoot common operational RV issues over the phone. Currently, Coach-Net’s RV technician team has over 160 years of combined RV experience. They are constantly training and taking continuing education classes taught by RV manufacturers and RV component companies in order to stay up to date on the latest RV features and accessories. To aid in this education, Coach-Net has a special area special tech training. The RV tech team even built a “tech table” from scratch. This table includes several RV components that you normally can’t see on a fully built RV, including water heater anode rods, plumbing, tanks and tank sensors. The electrical wiring works just like a real V and even the plumbing works. This fully functioning table gives our techs hands-on training so we can best help Members when they need us most. The more seamless the process is for RVers when something goes wrong with their RV, the more likely it is for them to continue to RV.
With the growing demand for virtual meetings and live-streaming events, we are excited to have our very own media room where we have the ability to professionally conduct and record various Q&A sessions, presentations, trainings, and employee content.
When employees need to take a little break to refresh and take a breather, Coach-Net has a fun and engaging break room. Here they can watch TV, sit and read, play some ping pong or simply sit on our patio and look out at the amazing view we have at the back of our office.
Last, but certainly not least, our new office space comes equipped with a garage and loading dock where we are able to store our company Airstream, Rosie. Coach-Net proudly owns 2 RVs available for our employees to go camping with family and friends, at no cost. We want every person working for Coach-Net to have that personal camping experience. It makes us more knowledgeable in our jobs and it inherently makes us more compassionate to our members’ struggles. After we have spent time in an RV dealing with the daily challenges they naturally produce, we realize that could easily be our own family calling for assistance.
We are extremely proud of our new home and are excited to invite guests to enjoy the Coach-Net culture. A few special guests are already making plans to visit us including Airstream, Winnebago, and Entegra, just to name a few. So, if you are in the neighborhood, please come on by!
