2022 was another fantastic year for us all, and we are honored to work with so many dedicated F&I managers throughout the industry. The commitment they have shown to not only their dealerships but also to their customers is praiseworthy.

This year we had an impressive number of nominations for the Coach-Net Top Performer Award. It was the highest number of nominations we have ever received since launching this award in 2020. The decision-making process was very difficult for the Coach-Net team and a lot of careful thought went into selecting this year’s award winners. When selecting the award winners, we not only looked at sales penetration and volume but earnestly read through each nomination to see why their dealership felt they should be considered for the award.

We are extremely excited and proud to announce our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners below!

1st Place – Bob Foster – Fraserway RV, Abbotsford CA.

“Top performer across all locations, highest volume and consistency.”

Faserway is a 12-location dealership located throughout Canada. Their mission is “As a team, we do everything possible to ensure our customers’ vacation dreams are realized.” It is clear to see that Bob is fostering their mission and ensuring he offers the highest level of protection to his customers which leads to his huge success with the Coach-Net program.

2nd Place – Darren Schalm – Leo’s Vacation Center, MD

“Darren is the hardest working F&I manager I have seen in my 35 years of being here.”

Located in Maryland, Leo’s Vacation Center is a full-service RV Dealership that has been run by the same family since 1972. They focus on providing customers knowledge, experience and support in choosing the appropriate RV for their family’s needs which is part of their dealership mission. Darren has consistently carried their mission into the F&I office ensuring customers are educated on the best products out there to protect their RVing needs and dreams!

3rd Place – Sesty Harris – National Indoor Center, TX.

“Sesty is the best Finance Director I’ve had the pleasure of working with. This is because she always has the answer and is extremely knowledgeable about the products she carries. Not only does she know the product, she is very organized and clients only ever have great things to say about her and their buying experience with her.”

National Indoors Center is a 6-location dealership spanning the U.S. starting in 2007 in Lewisville Texas. They take their inspiration from their customers who seek full enjoyment of the motor coach experience. Sesty was not only nominated once but three times by different people within her company. Her numbers speak for themselves, but to have so many customers and co-workers advocate for her truly shows how passionate Sesty is about ensuring all of her customers get full enjoyment out of their RVing lifestyle.

Coach-Net’s Brand Ambassador

With so many nominations and qualified candidates, it was a fun but challenging experience to select our winners this year. We had one nomination that we have decided to award as “Coach-Net’s Brand Ambassador”. Our 2022 Brand Ambassador winner is newer to F&I and came from a different department within her dealership, but her commitment to the industry, her customers, and our program has been unmatched. From requesting as much information as possible and training on the program to attending seminars and our new Coffee Convos series, she goes above and beyond to be a Coach-Net advocate for her dealership. Her drive to grow professionally and personally is unmatched and it has been an honor for us all to work with her at Coach-Net.

We are excited to honor Shannon Regan, from Crestview RV, as the 2022 “Coach-Net Brand Ambassador”!

“Shannon continues to be a cheerleader for Coach-Net in our dealerships.  She leads the team in selling multiyear programs and is always looking for more ways for the dealership to sell the product.”

Shannon has all the attributes of her dealership and we are lucky to work with someone who can see just how important Coach-Net’s program is to her customers.
